These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase of travel services from Go N' Wander LLC ("Go N' Wander," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Latin Takeover Cruise 2027 aboard Norwegian Luna, departing August 28, 2027 from New York City and returning September 2, 2027.
By submitting a deposit or payment, you ("Guest") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement is legally binding.
⚠️ ALL PAYMENTS — INCLUDING DEPOSITS — ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
💳 Payments & Deposits
Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person (minimum) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your total cruise fare balance.
Balance & Final Payment
The remaining balance (total fare minus deposit) is due in full by April 1, 2027. Reservations with outstanding balances after this date are subject to automatic cancellation without refund of deposits already paid.

All prices include government taxes, port fees, and pre-paid gratuities. Single, triple, and quad occupancy pricing is available upon request and will be quoted at time of booking.
Processing Fee
A processing fee will be applied per reservation to cover payment processing costs. This fee will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment is completed.
Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize Go N' Wander to charge the amounts disclosed at checkout.
🚫 Non-Refundable Policy
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO GO N' WANDER LLC ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS INCLUDES DEPOSITS, PARTIAL PAYMENTS, AND PAYMENTS MADE IN FULL.
Once a payment is submitted, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans or personal emergencies
- Illness or medical conditions (see Travel Insurance section)
- Work conflicts or schedule changes
- Failure to obtain a passport or required travel documents
- Flight delays or missed connections to the departure port
- Norwegian Cruise Line schedule changes or port substitutions
- Acts of God, weather events, or force majeure
💡 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. See Section 7 for details.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept that your entire purchase is non-refundable and that no exceptions will be made regardless of circumstances.
⚖️ Chargeback Acknowledgement Agreement
By completing your reservation and submitting payment, you explicitly agree to the following:
- You authorize Go N' Wander LLC to charge the agreed-upon amounts to your payment method.
- You understand that all payments are non-refundable as disclosed in Section 2.
- You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor for any charge made by Go N' Wander LLC in connection with your reservation.
- You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of this Agreement and authorizes Go N' Wander LLC to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to collections, civil action, and recovery of legal fees.
- In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Go N' Wander LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation immediately and permanently bar you from future bookings.
⚠️ Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a knowingly authorized transaction may constitute bank fraud. We enforce this policy vigorously.

📅 Payment Plans
Go N' Wander offers an optional monthly payment plan for guests who prefer to spread their balance over time. The following terms apply:
How It Works
- A $150.00 per person deposit (minimum) is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly installments, charged automatically on the 15th of each month.
- Final payment must clear by April 1, 2027.
Payment Plan Pricing
Guests who elect the monthly payment plan will pay a slightly higher total than the pay-in-full price. This difference accounts for the $65 per person processing fee applied at checkout. The exact total will be disclosed before you confirm.
💡 Pay-in-full guests save on processing fees and lock in their cabin at the lowest available price.
Automatic Charges
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Go N' Wander LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file each month on the 15th until the balance is paid in full. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Go N' Wander LLC will attempt to reprocess the charge. If the charge is unsuccessful after two (2) attempts, your reservation may be cancelled at our discretion, and all prior payments remain non-refundable. A $35.00 returned payment fee applies to each failed transaction. All balances must clear by April 1, 2027 regardless of payment plan enrollment.
✏️ Name Changes
Name changes and guest substitutions are permitted subject to the following conditions:

Name change fees are non-refundable and must be paid before any change is processed. Go N' Wander LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by Norwegian Cruise Line in connection with name changes. NCL fees will be passed through to the guest at cost.
Name changes must be requested in writing via email to info@gonwander.com with the subject line: "Name Change Request – [Booking ID]".
⏰ Late Fees
Timely payment is required to hold your reservation. The following late fees apply:

Late fees will be charged to your payment method on file. Continued failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation at our sole discretion. All payments previously made remain non-refundable.
🛡️ Travel Insurance
Go N' Wander LLC strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment. Given our strict non-refundable policy, travel insurance is the only protection available in the event of unexpected circumstances.
Our Recommended Provider
We partner with Travel Insured International to offer travel protection plans. Coverage may include trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical evacuation, emergency medical expenses, and more.
💡 Travel insurance must be purchased at or shortly after the time of deposit to ensure full coverage, including pre-existing condition waivers.
Insurance Declination
If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- You are traveling without financial protection for unforeseen events.
- Go N' Wander LLC is not responsible for any losses incurred due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other covered events.
- Your decision to decline is final; insurance cannot be added after the booking is submitted.
Travel insurance is offered through a third-party provider. Go N' Wander LLC is not an insurance agent and makes no representations regarding coverage. Please review all plan documents carefully before purchasing.
❌ Cancellation Policy
⚠️ ALL CANCELLATIONS RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify Go N' Wander LLC in writing at info@gonwander.com. Cancellation will be acknowledged in writing; however, no refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation is made or the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation by Go N' Wander LLC
Go N' Wander LLC reserves the right to cancel the event in the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, Norwegian Cruise Line cancellation, natural disaster, etc.). In such cases, Go N' Wander LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule to a comparable date and ship. If rescheduling is not possible, guests may receive a credit toward a future Go N' Wander event. Cash refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to board the ship at departure are considered a "no-show." No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for no-shows.
🗺️ Itinerary & Changes
The Latin Takeover Cruise 2027 is scheduled aboard Norwegian Luna, departing August 28, 2027 from Manhattan Cruise Terminal, New York City and returning September 2, 2027. The planned itinerary includes a port day in Bermuda.
Norwegian Cruise Line retains full authority over all aspects of the sailing, including but not limited to: ship operations, port calls, onboard programming, and safety decisions. Itinerary changes, port substitutions, and schedule modifications may occur without notice and are beyond Go N' Wander LLC's control. No refunds or credits will be issued for itinerary changes made by Norwegian Cruise Line.
Departure Location
This cruise departs from Manhattan Cruise Terminal, New York City. Guests are welcome to travel from anywhere in the United States or internationally. Go N' Wander LLC does not arrange flights, ground transportation, or hotel accommodations. Guests are solely responsible for their own travel to and from the departure port.
Required Documents
All guests must possess a valid U.S. Passport (or other accepted travel documentation per NCL requirements) prior to boarding. Go N' Wander LLC is not responsible for guests who are denied boarding due to improper documentation. No refunds will be issued for documentation-related denials.
🎉 Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward fellow guests, crew members, and event staff. Go N' Wander LLC and Norwegian Cruise Line reserve the right to remove any guest from the event or ship for conduct that is disruptive, threatening, or in violation of Norwegian Cruise Line's Guest Conduct Policy.
Guests removed for conduct violations will not receive any refund of amounts paid. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to ship property or to other guests as a result of their conduct.
By booking, guests agree to abide by all Norwegian Cruise Line rules, regulations, and policies in addition to Go N' Wander LLC's event guidelines.
♿ Accessibility & Special Needs
Go N' Wander LLC is committed to ensuring an inclusive experience for all guests. If you or a guest in your party has mobility limitations, medical equipment needs, or requires accessibility accommodations, please notify us at the time of booking.
Norwegian Cruise Line provides accessibility services through their Special Needs desk. We recommend contacting Norwegian Cruise Line directly at the earliest opportunity to arrange accommodations. Advance notice of at least 90 days is strongly recommended for guests with mobility disabilities or special medical equipment requirements.
Go N' Wander LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate your needs to Norwegian Cruise Line but cannot guarantee specific accommodations. Availability of accessible cabins is subject to Norwegian Cruise Line inventory.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Go N' Wander LLC acts as an event organizer and travel agent. We do not own, operate, or control Norwegian Luna or any vessels, hotels, airlines, or ground transportation providers used in connection with this trip.
Go N' Wander LLC is not responsible or liable for:
- Personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of any kind occurring on Norwegian Luna or during port excursions
- Acts or omissions of Norwegian Cruise Line, its employees, or agents
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to the ship's itinerary
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Illness, including but not limited to seasickness or shipboard illness outbreaks
- Acts of God, weather, war, terrorism, government actions, or other force majeure events
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go N' Wander LLC's total liability to any guest shall not exceed the total amount paid by that guest to Go N' Wander LLC for the booking. In no event shall Go N' Wander LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State TBD], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
